We inspect our work before we leave the premises. If for any reason you are unhappy with our services, please contact us within twenty-four hours and we will make every effort to revisit FREE OF CHARGE.
2. We provide all equipment and supplies, but we will use specialty products at the clients instruction.
3. Charm'n Cleaning Services use all Hypoallergenic, and Biodegradable products. All of our products assess all the ingredients that are safe for pets, people, and our planet.
4. Cancellation Fees are $0 however, your deposit is non refundable and you will be required to pay 100% before re-booking again. To reschedule you must request 24 hours before the date and time you were scheduled for, receive an approval and send another deposit to secure your slot.
